5. Description of Management and Organisation
Outline the way that your organisation will be set up. Introduce your company managers key personnel and summarise their skills and primary job responsibilities. If you want to, include an organisation chart that maps out your chain of command.
Describe how your business will operate, as a partnership, a sole proprietorship or a business with a different ownership structure. If you have a board of directors, identify the members.
